MEET AND CONFER COUNCIL Clause Samples

MEET AND CONFER COUNCIL. 5.1 The Meet and Confer Council shall consist of four (4) teachers appointed by the Association, three (3) administrators, the Superintendent, and one (1) representative of the Board. The Council shall elect its own chairperson and shall meet at least every other month from September to June. 5.2 The Council shall work from an established agenda of items submitted at least one (1) week prior to meetings, and shall operate according to the procedures set forth in the Meet and Confer Guidelines.

  • Project Management Plan Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work.   • Procurement Planning Prior to the issuance of any invitations to bid for contracts, the proposed procurement plan for the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines. Procurement of all goods and works shall be undertaken in accordance with such procurement plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.

  • Project Manager, County The County shall appoint a Project Manager to act as liaison between the County and the Subrecipient during the term of this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Subrecipient.

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.
