MEETING AND CONFERRING. Union representatives shall be allowed to meet with City management on City time on a reasonable basis for the purpose of meeting and conferring in good faith without loss of pay or any benefits. Such meetings will normally be conducted during working hours. The Union agrees to provide the City Manager with a list of Union representatives who are authorized to meet and confer in good faith and the list shall be kept current by the Union.
