Common use of MEETING AND CONFERRING Clause in Contracts

MEETING AND CONFERRING. Officers and authorized representatives of the Association who are County employees may utilize time during normal working hours without loss of pay or benefits, for meeting and conferring with County management on matters within the scope of representation. The use of release time for this purpose shall be reasonable in amount and shall not interfere with the performance of County services.‌
