Meeting between the Principals Clause Samples

The 'Meeting between the Principals' clause establishes a requirement for the main decision-makers or representatives of the contracting parties to meet, typically to discuss and resolve significant issues that arise during the course of the agreement. This clause may specify when such meetings should occur, such as upon request by either party or after a dispute has escalated beyond routine management. By mandating direct communication at a high level, the clause aims to facilitate efficient problem-solving and prevent misunderstandings from escalating, ultimately supporting smoother contract administration and dispute resolution.
