The 'Meeting of Representatives' clause establishes the requirement and procedures for designated representatives of the parties to convene, typically to discuss matters related to the agreement. Meeting of Representatives. Upon receipt of a written notice setting forth the exact nature of the grievance from either party, the representatives of the Employer and the representatives of the Union may meet within a calendar week and attempt to settle or resolve the matter. Such meeting may be accomplished by telephone at the option of either party.
