Meeting Requests. 2.1 When the Fire District requests a meeting with the Union’s, Labor-Management Committee, the request shall be submitted in writing to the Union President or his designee, and in this request, they shall state the reason for the meeting. A. Discuss the administration of the Agreement. B. Notify the Union of changes to be made by the Employer which would affect the Bargaining Unit C. Disseminate general information of interest to the parties. D. Discuss ways to increase productivity and improve efficiency. E. Consider and discuss health and safety matters relating to Employees. F. Discuss any other issues agreed to by the parties. 2.2 When the Union requests a meeting with the Fire District Labor-Management Committee, the request shall be submitted via email or in writing to the Fire Chief, or his designee, and in this request, they shall state the reason for the meeting. 2.3 It is understood that the parties involved may, by mutual agreement in writing, waive the time limit stipulated in SECTION 1.
