Common use of Meeting with the Project Manager Clause in Contracts

Meeting with the Project Manager. 5.4.1 Within 30 days after receipt of the request filed with the Contracting Authority pursuant to Section 5.1, or other period mutually agreed by the parties, the Project Manager shall schedule a meeting to resolve the request and render a decision on the request promptly thereafter or render a decision on the request without a meeting. 5.4.2 The meeting scheduled by the Project Manager shall be attended by persons expressly and fully authorized to resolve the request on behalf of the A/E.
