Meetings and Project Management. 4.0 DELIVERABLES.

Meetings and Project Management. Meetings are required to ensure the project is satisfying the project objectives and the City expectations. Meeting anticipated for this project include a Project Initiation (“Kick-off”) Meeting, monthly progress meetings and quality management. The project management portion of this task involves the day-to-day ENGINEER administrative, technical, and financial management of the project activities to ensure that the project budget, schedule, scope, and quality objectives are met. This effort includes coordinating meetings, management of staff and quality milestones, and preparation of monthly invoices and progress reports.

Meetings and Project Management. AECOM will prepare the meeting agenda and meeting minutes for each of the following planned project coordination meetings. All meetings are assumed to be virtual but may be held on site if field verification is necessary.

Meetings and Project Management. Task D.1 Weekly Progress Meetings Participate in one regularly-scheduled, hour long meeting per week with City staff. Weekly meetings may be in person, or via conference call. The meetings will include ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (PM) and other Consultant team staff as appropriate. Meetings are assumed as 1.5 hours each, one hour for the meeting and 0.5 hours for preparation.

Virtual attendance at public meetings/hearings assumes preparation of one draft and final PowerPoint presentation for each applicable meeting.

Meetings and Project Management. (a) The ENGINEER shall attend meetings in support of the project. Assumes one-hour weekly meeting for three months, i.e., total twelve (12) meetings. (b) The ENGINEER shall prepare monthly progress reports and a cost to complete estimate for this work as part of the Mobility Authority’s monthly invoicing process.
