Meetings During Design Development Phase. (Two (2) meetings) a. At the time designated for completion of the Design Development package, Architect shall conduct two (2) meetings, per package or submittal, with the District to review the following: (i) Present the Design Development package for review and comment to proceed with preparation of final plans and specification. (ii) Architect and District shall review Project scope and budget, including the Construction Cost Budget and the Construction Budget.
