(a) A Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall not discuss a grievance, or leave his their place of work to investigate discuss a grievance, grievance with representatives of the Employer or an Employee during working hours without first obtaining permission from his their immediate supervisor to do so. (b) The Designated Officer or the aggrieved may request that a written An Employee who wishes to discuss their grievance be discussed at Level 1 or Level 2 with representatives of the Grievance Procedure. A Union Staff Member Employer at any level of the grievance procedure shall obtain the permission of someone in authority before leaving their place of work for this purpose and shall report back to their immediate supervisor or Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be allowed to be present at these discussions, if desired by the grievor. The grievor's request for a discussion shall not besomeone in authority before resuming their normal duties.
