Meetings During Working Hours. 20:01 All employees covered by this Agreement shall be permitted to attend meetings of the Union during normal working hours without loss of pay subject to the following: (a) not more than four (4) meetings per contract year; (b) Each employee that is currently working will be entitled to time off with pay which shall not exceed one (1) hour per meeting. No employee will be paid overtime for any portion of time while attending such meeting. (c) meetings shall be arranged with the approval of the Chief Executive Officer; and (d) no employee shall leave the premises of the Employer until the expiration of her normal working hours.
