Meetings During Working Hours. When site shop stewards, by agreement with the local management, or the company shop stewards, by agreement with the company, are of the opinion that matters of special importance concerning the individual workplace or company require immediate action, permission shall be given to hold meetings during working hours without wage deductions, unless work-related considerations of special importance prevent it. If the local management and/or the company refuse a request to hold meetings as referred to in this section, the shop stewards may demand a written justification for the refusal.
