Member Representation. The City agrees that the Union may designate employees to serve as Union representatives for the purpose of representing Union members in matters within the scope of representation on City time during regular work hours without loss of pay or any benefits. The Union agrees to provide the City Manager with a list of Union representatives who are authorized to represent members and the list shall be kept current by the Union.
