MEMBERSHIP FORMS. For new employees, union membership materials shall be distributed with the basic employment paperwork required by the Employer. All membership forms for the Union completed by a new employee of the Employer will be forwarded to the Union no later than the thirtieth (30th) day of the new employee’s employment with the Employer.
