Common use of Merchant Information Clause in Contracts

Merchant Information. You will be required to provide information of a personal nature (“Merchant In- formation”) to PopID as part of the registration and use of Your Merchant Account and the processing of Transactions and You warrant to Us that You will; (a) provide to Us complete and accurate Merchant Infor- mation; (b) advise Us as soon as Your Merchant Information changes or becomes inaccurate; (c) maintain the confidentiality and security of Your Merchant Account, at all times; (d) agree to the terms and condi- tions prior to registering for a Merchant Account; (e) only maintain one (1) Merchant Account in Your name or the name of Your Company at any one time.
