Common use of Merchant Information Clause in Contracts

Merchant Information. Agent shall cause each Merchant and Prospective Merchant to furnish Company with such financial information as Company may from time to time request including, but not limited to, financial statements and Bank Card statements. Agent shall use its best efforts to inform Company of any information that could reasonably be considered relevant to a determination of any prospective or existing Merchant's creditworthiness.
