METER READS. We may install automated data collection tools consisting of hardware and/or soft- ware to obtain periodic meter readings from the Equipment of the actual page volumes produced. If we are unable to obtain automated meter reads or we agree to obtain the data manually then you will provide us with true and accurate meter reads at the times and in the manner we specify. If we do not receive timely meter reads, then we may estimate them.
METER READS. We will use our best endeavours to ensure that a meter reading is carried out as frequently as is needed to prepare your bills, consistently with the applicable energy laws and in any event at least once every 12 months.
METER READS. Company will cause the meter(s) to be read at approximately thirty-day intervals, and thereafter cause monthly bills to be rendered to Applicant for the water used. If any invoice statement is not paid within 15 days of billing, Company retains the right to terminate service subject to the Commission’s termination notice provisions set forth in A.A.C. R14-2-410, as applicable, remove the meter and deduct the amount owed to Company from the meter deposit. Service shall thereafter not be reinstated until the Applicant has posted an additional meter deposit. In the event that Applicant does not pay or fails to pay all charges due for water under this Agreement, Owner shall be responsible for payment of such charges as a condition of service to the Project.
METER READS. (a) We will require an opening meter read when you join Together Energy, if we do not receive an opening meter reading we reserve the right to increase your Direct Debit in line with industry expected consumption, or by 20% of your monthly Direct Debit, whichever is greatest. (b) Together energy will request a read from you at least quarterly. if we do not receive at least one read per meter every 4 months, we reserve the right to increase your Direct Debit to be in line with industry forecasted consumption or by 25% of your monthly Direct Debit, whichever is greatest.
METER READS. The Town will be responsible for providing meter reads in a manner and at the times agreed upon between ESNI and the Town for the timely billing of water and wastewater charges. • Whenever possible, meter reads will be provided using the smart meter technology installed by the Town. In certain cases, ESNI may request a manual read of a meter via a service order. The Town will provide the requested meter reading within 7 business days of the request.

If You do not provide meter reads as required, Company may estimate the reading and bill accordingly.

  • Number Resources, Rate Center Areas and Routing Points 13.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit or otherwise adversely affect in any manner either Party’s right to employ or to request and be assigned any Central Office Codes (“NXX”) pursuant to the Central Office Code Assignment Guidelines and any relevant FCC or Commission orders, as may be amended from time to time, or to establish, by Tariff or otherwise, Rate Center Areas and Routing Points corresponding to such NXX codes. 13.2 It shall be the responsibility of each Party to program and update its own switches and network systems pursuant to information provided on ASRs as well as the LERG in order to recognize and route traffic to the other Party’s assigned NXX codes. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, neither Party shall impose any fees or charges whatsoever on the other Party for such activities. 13.3 Unless otherwise required by Commission order, the Rate Center Areas will be the same for each Party. During the term of this Agreement, Onvoy shall adopt the Rate Center Area and Rate Center Points that the Commission has approved for Frontier within the LATA and Tandem serving area. Onvoy shall assign whole NPA-NXX codes to each Rate Center Area unless otherwise ordered by the FCC, the Commission or another governmental entity of appropriate jurisdiction, or the LEC industry adopts alternative methods of utilizing NXXs. 13.4 Onvoy will also designate a Routing Point for each assigned NXX code. Onvoy shall designate one location for each Rate Center Area in which the Onvoy has established NXX code(s) as the Routing Point for the NPA-NXXs associated with that Rate Center Area, and such Routing Point shall be within the same LATA as the Rate Center Area but not necessarily within the Rate Center Area itself. Unless specified otherwise, calls to subsequent NXXs of Onvoy will be routed in the same manner as calls to ▇▇▇▇▇’s initial NXXs. 13.5 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, nothing in this Agreement is intended, and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed, to in any way constrain Onvoy’s choices regarding the size of the local calling area(s) that Onvoy may establish for its Customers, which local calling areas may be larger than, smaller than, or identical to Frontier’s local calling areas.

  • Dark Fiber Loop 2.8.4.1 Dark Fiber Loop is an unused optical transmission facility, without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics, from the demarcation point at an End User’s premises to the End User’s serving wire center. Dark Fiber Loops may be strands of optical fiber existing in aerial or underground structure. BellSouth will not provide line terminating elements, regeneration or other electronics necessary for AFN to utilize Dark Fiber Loops.
