Metering Accuracy Clause Samples

Metering Accuracy. 1. The accuracy of the Primary Meters, ▇▇▇▇’▇ ▇▇▇▇ Meters and Gas Analysis Equipment is described in Table 1. Concerning Interconnection Point and Fuel Gas energy flow rate, it is expressed in relation to the maximum rate of gas flow that the meters may accommodate.
Metering Accuracy. If the Meters are registering but their accuracy is outside the limits established in ANSI C12.1, Buyer shall repair and recalibrate or replace the Meters and Buyer shall adjust payments to Supplier for the Delivered Amount for the lesser of the period in which the inaccuracy existed or ninety (90) days. If the period in which the inaccuracy existed cannot be determined, adjusted payments shall be made for a period equal to one-half of the elapsed time since the latest prior test and calibration of the Meters; however, the adjustment period shall not exceed ninety (90) days. If adjusted payments are required, Supplier shall render a statement describing the adjustments to Buyer within thirty (30) days of the date on which the inaccuracy was rectified. Additional payments to Supplier by Buyer shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of Supplier's statement. Any payments due Buyer pursuant to this Section shall accompany Supplier's statement.
Metering Accuracy. The tariff metering scheme shall have an overall accuracy of ± 0.2 % for watt-hour metering. In summary the Metering System reading accuracies are to be within the tolerances set out below: Net Energy Output (kWh) meters ± 0.2% Net Energy Output (kVARh) meters ± 0.5% Capacity (MW) meters ± 0.2% Instrument Transformers Calibration data shall be provided for each instrument transformer, which should result in a negligible overall error ± 0.2% Time Reference 3 seconds per week - maximum
Metering Accuracy. System metering accuracy, as compared to the actual process value, shall be determined from the value read at the principal readout device such as the recorder, totalizer. System requirements shall not preclude any requirements specified herein for individual devices. For systems where the primary measuring device, transmitter, and receiver are furnished under this section, the accuracy’s shall be within the following limits: a. Pressure: 1.0 percent of measured span. b. Level: 1.0 percent of measured span. c. Temperature: 1.0 percent of measured span. d. Position: 2.0 percent maximum travel.
Metering Accuracy. ‌ Accurate reporting of input power (power factor, input current, input current harmonics and voltage) and output power (output current and voltage) readings shall be reported via communication system at all rated voltage. The accuracy shall be maintained across the operating temperature range and between 200Vac and 305Vac. parameter Load Accuracy AC input power <10% ±25W 10-20% <± 5% 20-100% < ±3% AC input current <10% ±0.5A 10-20% < ±2% 20-100% < ±1% AC input current THD <10% ±10% 10-20% ±2% 20-100% ±1% Power factor <10% ±0.1 10-20% ±0.02 20-100% ±0.01 AC input voltage 0-100% ±1% output voltage 0-100% ±0.5% output current 0-100% ±1% output power <10% ±25W 10-20% <3% 20-100% <2%
Metering Accuracy. 1. The accuracy of the Flow Measurement Equipment, ▇▇▇▇’▇ ▇▇▇▇ Meters and Gas Analysis Equipment is described in Table 1. Metering Accuracy. Metering accuracy shall be subject to the regulations of the Finnish Safety and Chemicals Agency or any other official body that holds jurisdiction over the matter according to current applicable legislation. A water meter shall be deemed to read correctly if the measurement error upon inspection is less than ±5% at a load that is approximately equivalent to the nominal flow, unless applicable regulations specify otherwise. If the consumption data of a remotely readable water meter received via the telecommunications network differs from the reading on the meter, the reading on the meter shall be considered correct when no fault can be found in the meter upon inspection.
