Method for Monitoring Academy's Compliance with Applicable Law and its Targeted Educational Outcomes. The Academy shall perform the compliance certification duties required by the District Board as outlined in the Oversight, Compliance and Reporting Agreement set forth as Schedule 4. In addition to the Districts Board's oversight responsibilities and other Academy compliance and reporting requirements set forth in this Contract, the Academy's compliance with the annual Master Calendar shall serve as one means by which the District will monitor the Academy's compliance with Applicable Law.
