Method of Earning. A. Date of hire to less than five years of service = 1 day a month accrual (maximum 12 days). B. Five to less than ten years of service = 1-1/2 days a month accrual (maximum 18 days). C. Ten to less than fifteen years of service = 2 days a month accrual (maximum 24 days). D. Fifteen to less than twenty years of service = 2.08 days a month accrual (maximum 25 days). E. Twenty years of service or more = 2.17 days a month accrual (maximum 26 days).
