Method of Transmission. Any notice in writing (including, without limitation, any confirmation or demand) may be given by posting or delivering it or by sending it by facsimile transmission or any other transmission. Any notice or demand given by post will be deemed given five Notice Business Days after posting and any notice given by delivery, facsimile or electronic mail will be deemed given upon delivery, facsimile or transmission (as the case may be). In proving service of notice, it shall be sufficient to prove, in the case of delivery by post, that the letter was correctly addressed and was posted first class or, where appropriate, airmail or, in the case of delivery otherwise than by post (including transmission), that it was delivered to the correct destination.
