Method of Transportation Clause Samples

The Method of Transportation clause defines the specific means or modes by which goods, materials, or personnel are to be transported under the agreement. It typically outlines whether transportation will occur by road, rail, air, or sea, and may specify requirements such as the use of insured carriers, temperature-controlled vehicles, or particular shipping routes. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of how transportation will be handled, thereby minimizing disputes and ensuring that logistical expectations are met.
