Methods and Sources. This paper will look at Latvia’s media landscape, specifically as it relates to ‘levels of coverage’ in order to examine the identity of Latvia’s Russian-language minority. The media sources that I will be utilizing in this paper come from two different sub-sources of media: newspapers and online internet portals.
