Our goal is to establish clear and measurable commitments that include expectations for deliverables and clarity regarding any public reporting requirements. Below is an overview of our CBA areas of focus and target organizations. We expect to execute one legally binding CBA for each area of focus.

Areas of Focus. In this paper, I aim to evaluate how intra-country and multinational media assess four different aspects of Latvian politics that were in the news while I was in Latvia in the fall of 2017.
