The 'Other Complaints' clause defines the process for addressing grievances or issues that are not specifically covered by other sections of the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines how parties should raise such complaints, the timeframe for doing so, and the steps for resolution, such as notifying the other party in writing or engaging in a dispute resolution process. Its core function is to ensure that all potential concerns, even those not explicitly anticipated in the contract, have a clear and fair mechanism for resolution, thereby reducing the risk of unresolved disputes.
Other Complaints. The University and the Union agree to co-operate in a timely manner to resolve complaints of behaviour, including those under Articles 6.01 and 6.02, that involve or affect members of the bargaining unit and have an unreasonably detrimental effect on work performance.

If AGENCY requires activities which result in a rate increase which causes excessive complaints, CONTRACTOR shall be excused from logging complaints relative to those activities for a period of three (3) months from the effective date of the increase, but shall refer complainants to the MANAGER.
