Methods of Cooperation. The Red Cross and the DOVEs desire to expand their mutually-beneficial relationship to enhance community disaster preparedness and coordinate disaster planning and response activities as follows:

Methods of Cooperation. In order to establish a partnership between ARRL and the Red Cross to provide assistance to communities impacted by disaster events in the United States, the following roles and responsibilities are agreed upon: 1. Communication between organizations 2. Engagement at the Local Level a. Make training and educational opportunities available to each other. b. Collaborate on pre-disaster planning by determining up front how each organization can assist each other during a response to ensure effective and timely action. c. Develop a knowledge base of expertise, experience, and capabilities of each organization. Commit to regular engagement, planning and joint exercises to strengthen capabilities. d. Encourage each other to participate in community preparedness activities that support this partnership agreement, one example of a community activity is the Red Cross Home Fire Campaign. e. The Red Cross will encourage regions or chapters to participate in ARRL Field Day, the Simulated Emergency Test (SET) and other emergency exercises. Participation may take many forms, including Red Cross officials visiting and touring sites to better understand the capabilities of local ARRL volunteers and ARES® units, or the joint use of Red Cross equipment such as vehicles or trailers.
Methods of Cooperation. Subject to such arrangements as may be necessary to safeguard the con- fidentiality of any information or document, WHO and IFAD shall provide each other with all such data, documents and information as may be neces- sary for any activity to be carried out under this agreement.

Financing under this Instrument shall be implemented by the Commission, as provided for by the Financial Regulation, either directly by the Commission itself, by Union delegations and by executive agencies, or indirectly through any of the entities listed in point (c) of Article 62 (1) of the Financial Regulation. 2. Financing under this Instrument may also be provided through contributions to international, regional or national funds, such as those established or managed by the EIB, by Member States, by partner countries and regions or by international organisations, or other donors. 3. The entities listed in point (c) of Article 62(1) of the Financial Regulation and in Article 38(1) of this Regulation shall annually fulfil their reporting obligations under Article 155 of the Financial Regulation. Actions financed under the Instrument may be implemented by means of parallel or joint co- financing. 5. In the case of parallel co-financing, an action is split into a number of clearly identifiable components which are each financed by the different partners providing co-financing in such a way that the end-use of the financing can always be identified and duplication of financing is avoided. 6. In the case of joint co-financing, the total cost of an action is shared between the partners providing the co-financing and the resources are pooled in such a way that it is no longer possible to identify the source of financing for any given activity undertaken as part of the action. 7. Cooperation between the Union and its partners may take the form, inter alia, of: (a) triangular arrangements whereby the Union coordinates with third countries its assistance funding to a partner country or region; (b) administrative and technical cooperation measures, as well as building capacity, including to share transitional or reform implementation experiences of Member States, such as decentralised cooperation through partnerships or twinning, between public institutions, including local authorities, public law bodies or private law entities entrusted with public service tasks of a Member State and those of a partner country or region, as well as cooperation measures involving public sector experts dispatched from the Member States and their regional and local aut...
Methods of Cooperation. The Red Cross and ARRL desire to expand their mutually-beneficial relationship to enhance community disaster preparedness and coordinate disaster planning and response activities as follows:  Open Communications: Each organization will share current appropriate data regarding disasters, disaster declarations, and changes in regulations, technology and legislation related to communications. The same interaction and liaison will be encouraged at all levels of both organizations, to include all Red Cross chapters, ARRL sections and subordinate levels.
Methods of Cooperation. For the communications of RMHAM and Colorado ARES/AUXCOMM to be coordinated and used to the fullest advantage during disasters and emergencies, and to the extent permitted or required by law and regulation, RMHAM and Colorado ARES/AUXCOMM have agreed to the following: The Points of Contact between RMHAM and Colorado ARES/AUXCOMM will be exchanged between the officers of the RMHAM and the officers of Colorado ARES/AUXCOMM. All points of contact information shall be contained in a separate addendum that is not part of this MOU. The points of contact information shall be updated when necessary and verified on an annual basis by both Colorado ARES/AUXCOMM and RMHAM at the annual renewal of this agreement. All requests for the use of any RMHAM asset will be listed on the RMHAM calendar when it is approved to ensure that there is no conflict in the use of that RMHAM resource. Methods of Cooperation. A. In carrying out the general principles of this Memorandum the Parties intend to: 1. Encourage and facilitate closer relationships between state education agencies and offices, schools and school systems, institutions, appropriate educational organizations, other educational entities, and private sector establishments involved in education in the two countries, and 2. Encourage mutually beneficial educational activities involving researchers, scholars, faculty members, teachers, educational administrators, and other specialists to lecture, teach, conduct research, and develop cooperative programs. B. The Parties intend to emphasize: 1. Cooperation that facilitates exchanges and dialogue centered on educational management, methods, evaluation and research, and 2. In support of other bilateral initiatives and programs, the study and teaching of each other’s language, culture, and history through the development of exchanges and cooperation as described above and through other mutually agreed measures.

Regular consultations shall be held between the Agency and the Council of Europe Secretariat, with the aim of coordinating the Agency’s activities with those of the Council of Europe in order to avoid duplication, ensure complementarity, added value and the best possible use of available resources, in particular in carrying out research and scientific surveys as well as drafting conclusions, opinions and reports. 12. Consultation and coordination shall notably concern: − the preparation of the Agency’s annual work programme; − the preparation of the Agency’s annual report on fundamental rights issues; − cooperation with civil society, in particular association of the Council of Europe with the establishment and functioning of the Agency’s Fundamental Rights Platform. − 13. On the basis of such consultations, it may be agreed that the Agency and the Council of Europe shall conduct joint and/or complementary activities on subjects of common interest, such as the organisation of conferences or workshops, data collection and analysis or the setting up of shared information sources or products. 14. Cooperation between the Agency and the Council of Europe may be further promoted through grants awarded by the Agency to the Council of Europe. The 2004 Framework Administrative Agreement between the European Commission and the Council of Europe on the application of the financial checks clause to operations administered by the Council of Europe and financed or co- financed by the European Community shall apply. 15. Temporary exchanges of staff between the Agency and the Council of Europe may be effected by agreement between the Secretary General of the Council of Europe and the Director of the Agency in so far as the relevant applicable staff regulations allow.
