Metro Private Line Service Sample Clauses

Metro Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring charge of $7,075 for OC-3 Metro Private Line Service between 1 CLLI code pair mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.

Metro Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit charges ranging from $2,456.25 to $3,975.62 for Type 1 and Type 2 DS-3 service between 2 location pairs mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring charge of $191.70 per-circuit service at 2 locations mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring per-circuit charge of $303.30 for DS1 service between 2 mutually agreed upon locations by Customer and Company.

Metro Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring charge of $4,879 for DS-1 Point to Point Metro Private Line Service at 1 city pair mutually/NPA/NXX location mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company. The non-recurring charge is waived. Company will waive the Early Termination Liability associated with this circuit. A 1 year circuit term applies.

Metro Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will pay a monthly recurring charge of $272 for Metro Private Line Service at 6 Circuit IDs mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.

Metro Private Line Service. MCI WorldCom will provide Metro Private Line Access Service pursuant to the MFS Telecom FCC Tariff No. 2 and all other applicable US Tariffs. Type 1 discounts set forth herein apply when both terminating locations of the circuit are “On-Net” (i.e., MCI WorldCom owns the entire local loop), as verified by reference to MCI WorldCom location records. Type 2 rates set forth herein apply when one terminating location in On-Net and one terminating location is local exchange carrier-owned and leased by MCI WorldCom for Customer’s use. A 5 year term applies. Customer will be subject to 100% early termination charges.

Dedicated Access Service: in lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will be charged the following fixed monthly per-circuit charge for DS3 access service at an NPA/NXX location agreed upon by Customer and Company: $1,100. Dedicated Access Service: in lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will be charged the following range of fixed monthly per-circuit charge for DS3 access service between named NPA/NXX locations agreed upon by Customer and Company: $800 – $1,000. Monitoring Condition: In order to receive this special pricing, the local loop must be in the Company’s lit-facility located at a specific physical address agreed up on by customer and Company.

A 2 year term applies. T-1Access Master (“TACM”): In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring charge of $0.00 for 22 TACM.
