Migration Plan. Purchaser and Seller shall commence discussions in good faith, by June 4, 2018, to establish a migration plan with respect to the services contemplated by the Transition Services Agreement. At or prior to the Closing, each of Seller and Purchaser shall, and shall cause their respective Affiliates to, execute and deliver, and cause the effectiveness of, the Transition Services Agreement.
