MILEAGE APPLICATION Clause Samples

The Mileage Application clause defines how mileage is calculated and applied within the context of a contract or agreement, typically relating to transportation or travel expenses. It specifies the method for determining the distance traveled, such as using odometer readings or standardized mileage charts, and may outline which trips or routes are eligible for reimbursement. This clause ensures consistency and fairness in the calculation of mileage-related costs, preventing disputes and clarifying expectations for both parties.
