Exit Point definition

Exit Point means a border control post or any other place designated by a Member State where animals, falling within the scope of Regulation (EC) No 1/2005, leave the customs territory of the Union;
Exit Point means a point subject to booking procedures by network users or final customers enabling gas flows out of the entry exit system;
Exit Point means a connection at which electricity is more likely to be transferred from the electricity transmission network than to be transferred to the electricity transmission network;

More Definitions of Exit Point

Exit Point means the point at which Gassled will redeliver Gas to the Shipper. The Exit Points are further defined in the Transportation System Description.
Exit Point means a connection at which electricity is more likely to be transferred from the electricity distribution network or the electricity transmission network (as the case requires) than to be transferred to the electricity distribution network or the electricity transmission network (as the case requires);
Exit Point means a single, indivisible (except as allowed under this applications and queuing policy) point, that for purposes under the access arrangement involving the transfer of electricity, is deemed to consist of a single attachment point, connected or to be connected to a user’s connection point, with a single meter (regardless of the actual configuration of network assets making up the entry point), at which electricity is more likely to be transferred out of the network than into the network.
Exit Point means a point at which units, whether metered or unmetered, leave the licensee’s distribution system (and, for the avoidance of doubt, includes a point of connection to the licensee’s distribution system).
Exit Point means any point within a market area where a Shipper can offtake gas from a Network Operator’s network for the purpose of supplying that gas to end users or injecting it into storage, or any point where gas may be transported across market area borders or national borders. Where several Exit Points on a transmission system have been combined to form a zone pursuant to section 11(2) of the Access Regulations, such group of Exit Points is also deemed to constitute an Exit Point within the meaning of this definition.

Exit Point means a point on the Designated Network at which gas is offtaken from the Designated Network by the Licensee, which is not a Transit Point and which constitutes an Exit Point under the Network Code; “Firm Capacity” means, at any relevant time in respect of a Gas Supplier, capacity (in KWh/day) held at such time by such Gas Supplier on a firm basis in respect of an Exit Point in accordance with the provisions of the Network Code and in respect of a Gas Year (or any part thereof); except that if any Minimum Capacity Value in respect of such period and such Gas Supplier is greater than such allocated capacity then the Firm Capacity deemed to be held by such Gas Supplier shall be that Minimum Capacity Value; “Forecast Supplier Quantity” means the quantity of gas which the Licensee forecasts it will Exit from a Designated Network in a given period, provided that, if in relation to the Licensee such quantity is less than any applicable Minimum Quantity Value, the Forecast Supplier Quantity in relation to the Licensee shall be such Minimum Quantity Value; “Gas Supplier” means any person authorised by licence under Article 8 of the Order or by exemption under Article 7 of the Order to supply gas, (including the Licensee as so authorised or exempted) and who is entitled to Exit gas from the Designated Network or any person who is not so authorised, but with the Authority’s consent either: (i) holds Firm Capacity; or (ii) is entitled to Exit gas from the Designated Network as if it were a Gas Supplier; “Gas Year” means the period of time beginning at 06:00 hours on 01 October in any calendar year and ending at 06:00 hours on 01 October in the next succeeding calendar year; “kWh” means 3,6000,000 joules as defined in ISO 1000-1981(E);
