Minimum Adjustment of Exercise Price. If the amount of any adjustment of the Exercise Price required pursuant to this Section 8.1 would be less than $.01, such amount shall be carried forward, and an adjustment with respect thereto shall be made at the time of and together with any subsequent adjustment that, together with such amount and any other amount or amounts so carried forward, shall aggregate at least $.01.
