Common use of Minimum Age Requirement Clause in Contracts

Minimum Age Requirement. An Eligible Employee (as defined in AA §3-1) must have attained the following age with respect to the contribution source(s) identified in this AA §4-1(b).    (1) There is no minimum age for Plan eligibility.    (2) Age 21.    (3) Age 20½.    (4) Age (not later than age 21).
