Minimum Borrowing Amount. Each Borrowing of Base Rate Loans shall be in an amount not less than $5,000,000 and in integral multiples of $1,000,000. Each Borrowing of Eurodollar Loans shall be in an amount not less than $10,000,000 and in integral multiples of $1,000,000.
