Common use of Minimum Borrowing Amounts; Maximum Eurodollar Loans Clause in Contracts

Minimum Borrowing Amounts; Maximum Eurodollar Loans. Each Borrowing of Base Rate Loans advanced under the U.S. Revolving Credit or the Canadian Revolving Credit shall be in an amount not less than U.S. $300,000. Each Borrowing of Canadian Prime Rate Loans advanced under the Canadian Revolving Credit shall be in an amount not less than Cdn. $300,000. Each Borrowing of Eurodollar Loans advanced, continued or converted under the U.S. Revolving Credit or the Canadian Revolving Credit shall be in an amount equal to U.S. $1,000,000 or such greater amount that is an integral multiple of U.S. $100,000. Each Borrowing of Canadian CDOR Loans advanced, continued or converted under the Canadian Revolving Credit shall be in an amount equal to Cdn. $1,000,000 or such greater amount that is an integral multiple of Cdn. $100,000. Without the Administrative Agent’s consent, there shall not be more than seven (7) Borrowings of Eurodollar Loans and Canadian CDOR Loans, in the aggregate, outstanding at any one time.
