Common use of Minimum Charge Clause in Contracts

Minimum Charge. Subject to Section 2.2(e), in addition to the provisions of Section 2.2(a) and 2.2(c), the Borrower shall pay to the Lender on each Interest Payment Date an additional commitment fee equal to the difference, if any, between (i) $10,000.00 per calendar month during the term of this Agreement, and (ii) the amount of interest calculated under Sections 2.2(a) and 2.2(c) of this Agreement and Section 2.8 of the WFBCI Credit Agreement.
