Common use of Minimum Compensation Ordinance Clause in Contracts

Minimum Compensation Ordinance. Labor and Employment Code Article 111 applies to this Agreement. Contractor shall pay covered employees no less than the minimum compensation required by San Francisco Labor and Employment Code Article 111, including a minimum hourly gross compensation, compensated time off, and uncompensated time off.
