Common use of Minimum Contract Period Clause in Contracts

Minimum Contract Period. The minimum contract period for the Service(s) is 24 months (“the Minimum Period”). Upon the expiry of the Minimum Period you may terminate theService(s) by giving us not less than 30 days written notice. Where we provide the Service(s) as part of a package of services and have agreed a shorter Minimum Period for the Service(s) this may be subject to you complying with the applicable terms of that package in default of which a minimum term of 24 months from the Service Start Date will apply.
