Common use of Minimum Overtime Clause in Contracts

Minimum Overtime. When employees are scheduled to work overtime and the scheduled overtime is cancelled by the Company with less than eight (8) hours’ notice to the employee, the employee will receive two (2) hours pay at overtime rates.
