Common use of MINIMUM STAFFING LEVELS Clause in Contracts

MINIMUM STAFFING LEVELS. A. Subject to the occurrence of a condition described in 1A, B, C, or D, the Employer ▇▇▇▇ Sound agrees that the facility shall maintain a minimum staffing of ninety percent (90%) of ninety (90) employees, up to and including July 22, 2009. The staffing level of ninety (90) will be adjusted for the implementation of productivity improvements. No reduction from the adjusted staffing levels shall occur except through normal attrition, optional layoff or medical layoff. B. Subject to the occurrence of a condition described in 1A, B, C, or D, the Employer agrees that the Collingwood facility shall maintain a minimum staffing level of 90% of 145 up to and including July 22, 2009. The staffing level will be adjusted for the implementation of productivity improvements. No reduction from the adjusted staffing level shall occur except through normal attrition, the separation allowance, optional layoff or medical layoff. C. Existing practices concerning inventory adjustments will continue.
