Minimum Weekly Fee Sample Clauses

The Minimum Weekly Fee clause establishes a baseline amount that must be paid each week, regardless of the actual level of services provided or usage. In practice, this means that even if the client uses fewer services or hours than anticipated, they are still obligated to pay at least the specified minimum fee for that week. This clause ensures the service provider receives a predictable minimum income and protects against significant fluctuations in revenue due to underutilization of services.
