Common use of Minor Accounts Clause in Contracts

Minor Accounts. For any account established by or for a minor, WECU reserves the right to require the minor account owner to have a parental joint account owner or custodian who is at least eighteen (18) years of age and who shall be jointly and severally liable to WECU for any returned item, overdraft, unpaid fees, or amounts on such account.
