Common use of Minor Clause in Contracts

Minor. If, at the time of entering into this Agreement, you are under the age of 18 years: (i) you must procure from a person over the age of 18 years to complete the Guarantee and return the signed Guarantee to the UNSW Student Accommodation Office on or before entering into this Agreement; and (ii) subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, this Agreement only becomes valid and binding on Us if the signed Guarantee referred to in clause 3.2(i) has been returned to the UNSW Student Accommodation Office.
