Miscellaneous Duties. Assist in the Mattoon General Warehouse. (Operations Installer cannot be permanently placed in the M.G.W.) • Perform Janitor duties if no Janitors are present. (Operations Installer cannot permanently assume the role of a Janitor) • Providing assistance for Confined Space work • Providing assistance for Traffic Control It is understood a.), b.), and c.) above are not all inclusive and other duties not listed may be performed. The Company will notify the Union if such duties arise. Job testing will apply at the entry level. Physical Standards will apply at the F.S.T. level (excluding pole climbing). Operations Installer training will be provided through O.J.T. and/or classroom with a Journeyman or another qualified instructor prior to working on his own. The intent of this language is to support the Journeyman Field Service Technicians or Switching Technicians and does not prevent the Company from reducing the number of Field Technicians or Switching Technicians over time as business needs dictate.
