Common use of Miscellanous Clause in Contracts

Miscellanous. 11.1. The Parties shall do their best to settle any disputes by means of an amicable settlement, otherwise the dispute settlement shall be within the competence of the court of law. This |Contract shall be governed by the Bulgarian law. 11.2. The Contract has been prepared in 2 (two) counterparts in Bulgarian language, 1 (one) copy for Each Party hereto.

The Contract has been prepared signed in 2 (two) counterparts in Bulgarian language, 1 (one) copy identical copies - one for Each each Party hereto.
