The TENANT acknowledges that no promises, representations, warranties or undertakings have been given by the LANDLORD or agent in relation to the suitability of the premises for the TENANT’s purposes or in respect of the furnishings, fittings or appurtenances of the premises otherwise than provided herein in this rental agreement.
