Common use of Misuse of the Service Clause in Contracts

Misuse of the Service. You must not use the Service, and must ensure that nobody uses the Service: (a) To make offensive, indecent, menacing, nuisance or hoax Calls; (b) Fraudulently or in connection with a criminal offence.
