Mobile. 8.1 The Agreement for Mobile is for a minimum term of 24 months or, if it is longer/shorter, the period specified on the signed Customer Order Form. Under the terms of the Agreement the Customer may be supplied with a number of mobile connections (lines) at different times at the Customer’s own request. Each line will be for a minimum term of 24 months unless specified on the signed Customer Order Form. 8.2 If the Customer cancels the Mobile service before it is duly terminated as described above, the Customer will have to continue paying the monthly access charges in reflection to each line supplied until the earliest date that the customer would have been entitled to end each supply. 8.3 The fee for the Mobile service is the monthly service fee set out in the signed Customer Order Form. Where no fees are specified, they will be charged at MFTS’s (the Company) standard tariff prices, details of which are available on request. 8.4 Where the Company has provided further equipment in respect of any line at a subsidised price (upgrade) or financial support in lieu of equipment (upgrade support) then the Minimum Term that relates to that line is extended by a further period equal to the Minimum Term from the date of supply of the upgrade support. 8.5 When this Agreement is terminated the Company will disconnect the Customer from the network and it must pay all charges owed to the Company under the Agreement. 8.6 The customer will be charged for all use of the lines supplied including: i) A monthly access charge which is payable one month in advance together with payment for any extra services which the Company is providing the Customer. ii) Call Charges for all calls made in the previous month according to the Company’s tariff which the Customer has chosen. iii) In the event that the Customer chooses to use the telephone abroad, these charges will include all incoming calls that the Customer receives during that period. iv) If the network provider exercises any right against the Company to withhold or claw-back payments made by the network operator to the Company, the Company shall be entitled to charge, clawback or adjust any payments, tariffs or discounts made or given by the Company to the Customer to the extent that they are based upon payments from the network operator for commercial purposes. v) In the event that the Customer wishes to change its mobile service supplier after the relevant Minimum T...

In the event you change or deactivate your mobile telephone number, you must update your account information on the Platform within 48 hours to ensure that any messages or notifications are not sent to any person who may acquire your old number. You authorise other Users to sync (including through an application) their contact list information onto their mobile devices, which may include the transfer of your basic information visible to them on the Platform, as well as your name and profile picture if this is public.

Any content that you submit via the Platform must not be Unacceptable Content, must be in English and must not contain any information enabling or requesting contact or payment outside the Platform. You must take your own precautions (including antivirus software) to ensure that your access to the Platform and Services does not expose you to viruses or other code that is harmful or may assist in causing harm. You agree that it is a condition on your use of the Platform and the Services that you will not mislead or deceive others or engage in any conduct which is misleading or deceptive (or likely to mislead or deceive), malicious, or discriminatory, including by any act or omission.
Mobile. If Merchant utilizes a mobile POS terminal the following conditions apply: 1. Merchant’s initial mobile term is for 12 consecutive months. A month by month term will be initiated at the end of the term length purchased. If Merchant terminates this agreement, Merchant’s mobile account will automatically be deactivated and fees incurred from the mobile service provider will be passed through to Merchant. If Merchant de-activates before the initial term is fulfilled, the Merchant will be charged a mobile early termination fee of $175.00 which will be debited from the master DDA on file. This fee is exclusive to any other terminations listed in the master agreement. 2. If Merchant requests this Agreement be re-activated, and such request is approved by Processor, a mobile account will be re-activated and fees incurred from the mobile service provider will be passed through to Merchant. 3. If Merchant is subscribed to a Sterling Mobile plan they will automatically be converted to the next appropriate data plan should they exceed the data allotment for the plan they are initially signed up for. The Sterling Mobile 60 plan provides 500 KB of data which is approximately 60 transactions, Sterling Mobile 150 plan provides 1 MB of data which is approximately 150 transactions, Sterling Mobile 300 plan provides 2 MB of data which is approximately 300 transactions, Sterling Mobile 750 plan provides 5 MB of data which is approximately 750 transactions. If Merchant is in the Sterling Mobile 750 program and exceeds the 5 MB of data they will be charged a per transaction surcharge for each transaction after the allotted data is exceeded. 4. Some mobile terminals offer “Store and Forward” capabilities. Transactions added to “Store and Forward” batch have not been approved and may be declined. Use of this feature is at the Merchant’s risk. For extra security, obtain a voice authorization.
