Mobile Banking Deposit Service. The Deposit Service enables you to use a Mobile Banking Application and certain hardware (such as a smart phone or other mobile device) to (i) create electronic images of the front and back of certain Paper Items and (ii) transmit those images and other information, including, without limitation, information captured from the magnetic ink character recognition (“MICR”) line, to us for review and processing in accordance with this Addendum. For each Electronic Item that we determine is eligible for processing as described below, we will: 1. create a substitute check that we will present directly or indirectly to the bank (a) on which the original Paper Item to which the Electronic Item relates is drawn, or (b) at or through which the Paper Item is payable (each the “Paying Bank”); 2. include the Electronic Item in an electronic file for presentment directly or indirectly to the Paying Bank; or 3. present or post any Electronic Item for which we are the Paying Bank.
Mobile Banking Deposit Service. Only checks made payable to the account holder can be deposited. We do not accept Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders, Traveler’s Checks, Insurance Checks or Third Party Checks. There is a daily limit of $2,500 for deposits made through mobile banking. When taking the picture of the check for deposit, place the check on a flat surface with a dark background and good lighting; make sure that the image is clear. Keep the photographed check for 60 days to ensure it posts to the account statement. After 60 days you may securely destroy the check. Do not VOID the check after submittal in the event the deposit is not approved and needs to be re-submitted.
Mobile Banking Deposit Service. If you are a Mobile Banking user and you agree to the Mobile Banking Deposit Service Amendment (the “Mobile Deposit Schedule”) you may use your Wireless Device to create electronic images of certain checks and transmit those images to us for review and processing (the “Mobile Deposit Service”). In order to enroll in the Mobile Deposit Service you must be enrolled in Online Banking and Mobile Banking. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.
