Mobilisation Period Clause Samples

The Mobilisation Period clause defines the specific timeframe allocated to a contractor or service provider to prepare for the commencement of work after contract award. During this period, the contractor may organize resources, mobilize equipment, secure necessary permits, and arrange personnel to ensure readiness for project execution. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of when preparatory activities should occur, helping to prevent delays and misunderstandings regarding the project's official start date.
