PAYMENT METHOD – COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR monthly in arrears the actual 6 cost of the services, less revenues that are actually received by CONTRACTOR provided, however, that 7 the total of such payments shall not exceed the COUNTY’s Maximum Obligation. CONTRACTOR’s 8 invoices shall be on a form approved or provided by ADMINISTRATOR and shall provide such 9 information as is required by ADMINISTRATOR. Invoices are due by the twentieth (20th) calendar 10 day of each month, and payments to CONTRACTOR should be released by COUNTY no later than 11 thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of the correctly completed invoice form.
